Moonlight Beach

Our last day in San Diego was spent at Moonlight Beach.  I cannot even begin to count the memories I have of this beach.  I have had more bonfires, more volleyball games, built more sandcastles and played in the waves more here than anywhere else.  It was surreal to come back and watch the girls play here.  It was so wonderful spending the morning with my best friend and her family.

Chocolate Shake for Breakfast?

So the girls were really excited because they saw someone order chocolate milk the day before.  I told them that since we were on vacation that this morning they could get chocolate milk instead of regular milk.  Hmmmm.  Well somehow there was a language barrier and instead of chocolate milk they were delivered two HUGE chocolate milk SHAKES!   Ice cream for breakfast?  It is vacation after-all!

Disneyland Paint the Night Parade

Waiting for the parade and it was definitely worth the wait.  The parade was one of my favorite memories of Disneyland.  I am so glad we decided to stop early and camp out to get a spot.  It was so good.  The girls LOVED it!

Tinkerbell

Lumineer from Beauty and the Beast

Scully from Monster's Inc.   (Elizabeth wasn't a fan of him)

Another hit!  The girls loved Thunder Mountain.

Splash Mountain

Both girls were excited to ride Splash Mountain.   It was probably one of their favorite rides.  Thankfully there aren't any scary creature.  Rollercoasters they can handle.  In fact, they love rollercoasters.  Scary creatures and things jumping out of you (I am talking about you Matterhorn) no so much!

Princess Time

Elizabeth was mesmerized and loved Cinderella's dress (though for the record her favorite princess is Rapunzel)

The Main Event!

Since Elizabeth could first talk she has absolutely adored Mickey Mouse.  She was so excited to go visit him where he lived!  As soon as the doors opened revealing Mickey, Elizabeth ran to him and gave him a big hug.  This was the highlight of her day!
