Last week Katie had her field day at school. The entire school went to a local park and spent the day playing games, relay races, jump rope, picnic etc. It was an amazing time. Katie loved it. The day ended in a kickball game of the graduating 5th graders verses the teachers.

| Katie actually decided that it would be easier to jump with the balloon between her legs instead of run. Surprisingly, she did go a lot faster by jumping! |

| After lunch the kids were able to pick one of their favorite activities to do. Katie's biggest accomplishment this year has been learning to jump rope. She loves it and is quite good! The girl on her left has been a good friend these past two years. The girl on the right is the older sister of a boy in her class. This older sister has become a great friend to Katie. Katie thinks it is pretty cool to have a friend in 3rd grade (almost 4th). |
